A fantastic location right by downtown and in the heart of Jackson.

Overall had perfectly pleasant stay for the price. I appreciated the room, the bed was comfortable. It had fairly clean bathroom to relax. All of the staff members were AMICABLE and outstandingly accommodating.

The rooms were great, and I loved the jacuzzi. The staff was really helpful. The location was perfect, just steps away from Trinity Lutheran Church.

The rooms with the jacuzzi are top-notch, and the location in the middle of Jackson is fantastic.

During our romantic escape, we enjoyed the clean and quiet rooms at this hotel. The staff was friendly and efficient, quickly addressing any special needs or requests. We also appreciated the convenient location of the hotel, which allowed us to easily explore the surrounding area. Additionally, the hotel provided free breakfast and reliable internet access, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We were disappointed by the lack of a gathering space or outdoor area to meet with friends and family. The breakfast selection was limited and could have been more varied.

The rooms were nicely designed and decorated, with comfortable beds, new flat screen TVs, microwaves, coffee makers, and refrigerators. The newly tiled bathrooms were also a nice touch. Additionally, the free breakfast was decent, and the night worker was friendly and helpful.

The heating and cooling systems were a bit old and hard to regulate, and the cleanliness of the systems could be improved. Furthermore, the bathroom floors were extremely cold, making it uncomfortable to walk on.
